I've been actively job searching for the past few months and have applied to over 50 positions in my field, but I've only received responses from about 5% of them. It's been really discouraging to put in so much effort and not see much return. I'm trying to refine my resume and cover letter, but I'm not sure what else to do to improve my chances. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!
