Applied at Doxim for Unknown

I'm currently in the interview process for a position at Doxim. The role offers a base salary of $110k with an on-target earnings (OTE) of $250k, and it requires about 25% travel, although I can work remotely when I'm not traveling. I've been with my current company for 10 years and really love the culture and the no-travel aspect, so I'm feeling a bit skeptical about making a change.
