I recently had a 30-minute HR interview for a position at a tech company, and within two weeks, I was invited for a second, much longer interview that lasted about 2.5 hours with various teams. Now, it's been almost two weeks since that second interview, and I haven't received any updates. I'm feeling a bit anxious about the wait and wondering if I should reach out to HR to inquire about my application status. I've heard mixed experiences from others—some say to follow up politely, while others suggest just waiting a bit longer. I'm torn between being proactive and being patient.
