I haven't received a shift in two weeks at KFC, where I work as a casual employee in Australia. Typically, I work around 2-3 shifts a week since I'm still in school. I recently took a two-week holiday, which I usually do at the end of the school term, but since returning, I've had no shifts scheduled. I'm starting to wonder if this is a sign that they want me to quit or if there's something else going on. I've noticed that other older employees are experiencing the same issue, which makes me concerned about the overall staffing situation at the restaurant. I'm in my last year of high school, so I'm anxious about my job stability.
