This has left me feeling anxious about my own application status. My friend shared the contact number of the hiring manager who reached out to her, and I'm considering whether I should reach out to them for an update. I also have to admit that I don't fully meet the qualifications for the position I applied for, but I have some relevant experience from working in a call center for four months, which involved handling customer calls. I'm wondering if my background might still make me a viable candidate despite the qualifications mismatch.
