I’ve been jobless for over a year now, and it's been incredibly frustrating to see people who seem less qualified thriving in their roles. I have an admin diploma and have applied to hundreds of jobs, but the offers I get are often disappointing. I can't help but wonder how some individuals become the 'star employees' despite their lack of skills. Is it just luck or connections that keep them in their positions? I feel like I’m at my wits' end trying to figure out how to break into the job market. I’ve considered aiming lower in my job search, but it’s disheartening to see others who don’t seem to deserve their jobs getting ahead.
