Applied at Alliance Health for Executive Assistant

I recently came across a concerning situation with RAM Recruiting and Alliance Health while searching for jobs on ZipRecruiter. I applied for an Executive Assistant position that seemed promising, but I soon learned that the recruitment process was riddled with deceptive practices. After going through interviews and receiving an official offer, I was shocked to find out that the title was downgraded to Administrative Assistant on the final paperwork. Not only that, but the salary was also reduced from an expected $55k - $65k to just $50k - $65k. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. When I questioned the change, they revoked the offer outright, claiming they no longer needed anyone. To make matters worse, I noticed they reposted the same job under the downgraded title shortly after. I felt compelled to share this experience as a warning to others — be cautious when dealing with RAM Recruiting and Alliance Health, as they have been reported for deceptive business practices and job scams.
