I just got laid off again after almost a year in my role as a contractor. I had previously been out of work for three months before landing this position, which eventually turned into a permanent role. Now, just 11 months and 14 days later, I'm back on the job market. I'm really hoping it won't take as long to find something this time around. I've been hearing that the job market is still tough, and I'm feeling a bit anxious about it.
