I recently received two shortlisted notifications from Genpact while job hunting on naukri.com. The first was for a Record to Report role, which I got 6 days ago, but I haven't heard back from them since. The second shortlist came in yesterday for a Specialist - FPNA position, and I'm still waiting for any communication regarding that as well. I'm feeling a bit confused about what these shortlists actually mean and what my next steps should be. Any advice would be appreciated!
