I haven't physically worked since the end of May and lost access to all company systems. My termination date is set for 07/31, but my severance package includes regular payroll until then, followed by severance pay. I'm currently in the final round of interviews for a new position, which is scheduled for tomorrow, with an expected start date of 07/07. I'm trying to keep this under wraps to ensure I can collect my severance. I'm concerned about whether my current employer will find out about my job search. Has anyone else been in a similar situation?
