I’m currently on the job hunt and looking for any position I can find. I’ve been updating my resume but I’m not sure if it’s effective. I received some feedback that my bullet points for previous work experience are too generic and don’t really showcase my impact. For instance, I was a business owner, but I only mentioned scheduling efficiency. I realize now that I should highlight more of my management skills, like the number of employees I managed, the revenue I generated, and how many customers I served daily. I’m trying to refine my resume to better reflect my experience and make it more compelling.
