I’m currently on the hunt for a remote job after facing some challenges in my job search. I’m from Nepal and have 1.5 years of experience working in a tech startup, where I gained exposure to project management, quality assurance, and data analytics. However, due to the startup nature of my role, I had to wear many hats and didn’t develop deep expertise in any one area. The job market is tough right now, and I’ve mostly been offered internships, which isn’t ideal. My previous employer has offered to take me back, but the pay is quite low for the work involved. I’m reaching out in hopes that someone might be willing to give me a chance. I’m eager to learn and committed to getting things done. If anyone has leads or advice, I would greatly appreciate it!
