I've been diving into my job search lately and it's turned into a lot of administrative work. I spent last weekend timing how long it takes me to apply for jobs, and it averages about 15 minutes per application. This includes logging into various portals, re-typing my work history, and answering the same screener questions over and over again. I'm curious if others are experiencing the same thing and how they handle it. Do you just power through the tedious process, or have you found ways to cut corners?
