I’m currently feeling stuck in my role as a project coordinator at my company. I've been trying to leave for a while now due to the lack of growth opportunities and a frustrating job market. I have a meeting scheduled with my manager to discuss my goals for the year, but I’m not optimistic. Despite consistently proving my value through client feedback and cost-saving initiatives, my manager has denied me promotions and the chance to take on direct reports. I'm struggling to come up with meaningful topics to discuss in this meeting, especially since they’ve made it clear there’s no clear path for my career advancement.
