On the flip side, there are reasons I think it could be legitimate: - The recruiter, Lauren Miller, has a well-detailed LinkedIn profile with recommendations and posts. - The service she recommended, Shine Bright LA, has a professional-looking website with a decent online presence, including social media and Yelp reviews from several years back. - My ex-manager indicated that this kind of recruitment process is standard for senior positions. - The recruiter hasn't pressured me for sensitive information, which is a good sign. So far, I've only sent my CV, portfolio, and motion reel, which are all available on my LinkedIn. They've requested three supporting documents to showcase my creative leadership journey and alignment with Framestore's values. I've reached out to the Senior Recruitment Manager at Framestore to verify if this recruitment email is genuine and I'm currently waiting for a response. I informed Lauren that I declined the Shine Bright service, and she was understanding, mentioning that the Framestore team is eager to move forward with my application pending those supporting documents. I'm really torn about whether this is a legitimate opportunity or a phishing scam. Any thoughts?
