    I graduated with a B.Tech four months ago and have been actively searching for a job since then. I'm based in India and primarily looking for opportunities in Bangalore, Chennai, or Kerala, focusing on data-related roles or full stack development. Despite applying to nearly every relevant tech opening I can find and continuously upskilling, I haven't received any interview calls for quite some time. I didn't do any internships, which makes it challenging to understand what companies expect from fresh graduates. I'm curious about the skills that companies typically seek in freshers for data or full stack roles. Additionally, I keep hearing that networking and referrals are crucial, but I'm unsure how to approach people or initiate those conversations. I'm seeking advice from anyone who has faced a similar situation.
