Applied at Patel/Hotel/Motel for Front Desk Associate

I recently came across a troubling situation while actively searching for a job. I found a group called 'Patel/Hotel/Motel' that hires individuals with no legal status and exploits them by making them work 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, for only $1500 to $2000 a month, which is significantly below the minimum wage. Most of the jobs they advertise pay around $9 per hour. I am deeply concerned about how desperate people are being taken advantage of in this way. I received a call from the hotel manager offering me a position as a Front Desk Associate for the same $2000 a month under those harsh conditions. This feels incredibly wrong, and I want to know how I can report this situation to the appropriate authorities.
