I recently completed a first round interview for an administrative role at a non-profit health company with around 2,000 employees. It was my first interview after graduating college, and I was really excited about the opportunity. Just two hours after the interview, I received a call inviting me to a 'Meet and Greet' with the department director and a few other team members. I'm a bit confused about the purpose of this meeting and how I should prepare for it. I wish I had asked more questions during the call, but I was too nervous. As a new grad, I'm eager to make a good impression and would appreciate any advice on how to approach this situation.
