I've been job hunting while finishing up my degree, and honestly, it's been such a humbling experience. I've applied to countless internships and entry-level positions at this point, and I've honestly lost track of how many applications I've sent out. It feels really discouraging when even the entry-level roles ask for experience. How are we supposed to gain experience if no one is willing to give us a chance? 😢 What really gets to me is seeing my peers announce their internships on LinkedIn while I'm stuck dealing with rejections or getting completely ghosted. I know people say everyone has their own timeline, but it feels like I'm lagging so far behind everyone else. I'm reaching out to see if anyone has tips on how to land a position while still in university. What helped you stand out? Was it your interviewing skills, or is there something else I should be focusing on? I'm getting really tired of sending out applications without any luck, and I could use some advice to help me through this tough job market.
