Here are the opportunities I'm considering: 1. **Product Analyst** at a small P&C insurer, likely around $70k. The hiring manager mentioned a potential path to becoming a product manager within five years, which is appealing, but the salary feels below market value. 2. **Technical Analyst** at a mid-sized P&C insurer, expected salary of $85k. The recruiter highlighted the company's growth and promotion opportunities, which is encouraging for long-term career advancement. 3. Another **Product Analyst** position at the same mid-sized company, also offering around $85k. 4. **Sr. Product Analyst** at a large, well-known P&C insurer, with a salary of $85k. I expected a higher salary for a senior role at such a big company, which makes me hesitant. 5. **Product Owner** at a mid-sized commercial insurer, with a salary of $120k. This role is quite different from the others and offers a significantly higher salary, but it’s a shift into commercial insurance.
