However, this job is particularly important to me because it’s close to home and offers a great salary. I’ve been searching for a new employer for quite some time now, and I’m wondering if I should share more personal reasons for wanting this position during the interview. Should I touch on my personal life and explain why this job means so much to me, or should I keep the focus strictly on my qualifications and skills? I appreciate any advice on how to approach this!
