Frustrated with Texas Workforce Commission after valid unemployment claim

I recently received an email confirming that my unemployment benefits claim is valid and that I can be paid. However, I'm now facing another hurdle. I've been instructed to call the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) for further assistance, but no one is answering the phone. It's been 8 weeks since I filed my claim, and I'm feeling incredibly frustrated. I have notices stating my claim is valid, but there's also an alert telling me to call a specific number, which leads me directly to voicemail every time. To make matters worse, my next payment request is due tomorrow. I'm really tired of this whole process and just want to get my benefits sorted out.
