I recently found myself in the middle of a job search after unexpectedly getting an interview for a new role. Things have been moving quickly! I've already completed the initial HR phone screen, had a conversation with the Art Director, and submitted a design assignment. Now, I'm gearing up for a 39-minute interview with the Hiring Manager. Since it's been a while since I last interviewed, I'm a bit anxious about what to expect. I'm looking for advice on the types of questions that might come up during this stage.
