After being unemployed for 9 months, I finally received a job offer at a new location opening inside our local Walmart. I was excited to start training on the 10th and to officially open on the 14th. However, today I got a message that has left me feeling frustrated and uncertain. My payroll application now shows my hire date as the 28th instead of the 10th, and everything feels up in the air. It's really disheartening to have my start date changed after such a long job search.
