I had an interview last Saturday for a position I really want. During the interview, they mentioned I should expect a call back within a couple of days, but now it's been almost a week. I'm feeling anxious about the wait and I'm considering whether it's appropriate to call or text them for a follow-up. I just want to know if I got the job or not, but I'm unsure if reaching out myself would be seen as pushy. I’ve seen mixed advice online, with some saying it’s a bad idea to follow up directly. Any thoughts?
