I have been working at a grocery store since I was 16, and after 6 years, I've finally decided it's time for a change. Recently, I started applying for new jobs and I just got a screening interview with a recruiter from a credit union. This is my first formal interview experience, as my current job didn't require one—my boss simply told me when to start.
