I've been job hunting for about four months now, applying daily but not receiving any interviews. I've sent out countless resumes and I'm starting to feel discouraged. I'm curious if this struggle is mainly affecting blue-collar jobs like construction and warehouse work, or if it's also hitting corporate roles that typically require a degree. I'm beginning to question if there's something wrong with my resume or if I'm approaching the job search incorrectly. I'm reaching out to see what types of jobs others are applying for and if anyone has had better luck with in-person applications compared to online submissions. Any advice would be really helpful.
