    Applied to a Job Planning Thinking

    I applied to several jobs about three weeks ago, and I've noticed that the positions are still open. I reached out to a manager and a director I know for a referral for one of the roles. For another position, I had an informational chat with the team manager, which went well. Now, I'm looking for the best way to follow up on these applications to express my continued interest and persistence. Any tips on how to approach this would be greatly appreciated!

    Feeling Planning Thinking

    I had a second-round interview for a position last Thursday and was informed that I would hear back by Tuesday. However, Monday was a holiday, and now it's almost 11 AM on Tuesday, and I haven't received any updates yet. I noticed that one of the managers from the interview is active on LinkedIn, which has made me feel even more anxious about the situation. I'm trying to figure out if I should be worried or if I'm just overthinking things. I'm looking for advice on how to calm my nerves and relax while I wait for a response.
