I just completed a 30-minute video interview for a position and was hit with a major red flag. The interviewer made it clear that if I were to be even five minutes late, I would be fired. This has me seriously questioning the workplace culture. I've been invited for a second in-person interview, but I'm torn about whether I should attend or just withdraw completely. My partner thinks I should skip it, and I’m leaning toward that as well. I’m looking for advice on whether to proceed with the interview or not, given this potentially toxic environment.
