I have my first job interview tomorrow for a Reconciliation Specialist position at Worldline, and I’m feeling pretty nervous about it. I just completed a 3-year bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Finance, but I don’t have any formal work experience or internships since I was focused on making money online during my studies. Now, I’m eager to kickstart my career and land my first "real" job. I’m looking for advice on what to expect during a phone screen for this role. What kind of questions should I prepare for? Are there any specific technical skills I should brush up on, like reconciliations, Excel functions, or payment and settlement basics? I’m also unsure how to present my lack of traditional experience without it sounding negative. Should I mention my online income, and if so, how should I frame it? Additionally, I’d love to know what good questions I could ask at the end of the interview. If anyone has experience working at Worldline or in the payments/reconciliation field, I’d really appreciate insights into what the job is like. Thanks in advance for any help!
