I recently applied for the 2027 full-time rotational position at CapitalOne and my application status is currently listed as "In Progress - Assessment". This change happened about four days ago, but I haven't received the assessment yet. I did apply for some roles last year, so I'm wondering if they might be using my previous assessment results for this application. I'm curious about how long this "In Progress" state typically lasts and what I should do to prepare for the next rounds, assuming I get that far. I've heard from others that the wait can be nerve-wracking but usually takes about a week or two to get a response. For preparation, I've been advised to look for online resources related to the specific assessment format and to brush up on relevant skills. I'm hopeful and looking for any additional tips!
