I'm currently applying for research and lab jobs as a formulation scientist, regulatory affairs specialist, or scientist I in the biotech sector. My focus is on lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulation development and analytical chemistry techniques like HPLC and UV-Vis. I've been targeting positions in the Los Angeles, San Diego, Bay Area, and greater Boston regions, but I'm based in Southern California. I'm seeking feedback on my CV to improve my chances of getting interviews. I suspect that my location may be a factor in my application rejections, especially for roles outside of my state.
