I’m currently facing the possibility of being laid off from my role at a tech company, and I have some serious concerns about potential malpractice within the organization. I’m also considering how to preserve all the evidence I have, including emails and meeting notes, before I potentially lose access. I want to make sure I’m protected and that my concerns are noted, but I’m unsure of the best way to approach this situation.
