I have a BAAS in data analysis and over 7 years of experience in manufacturing and operations, yet I keep facing constant rejections for roles like Operations Analyst, Data Analyst, and Process Improvement positions. It's frustrating to put in so much effort and still not get any positive responses from companies. I'm starting to wonder what I'm missing in my applications or interviews that is leading to these repeated rejections.
