I'm currently feeling trapped in my job at a small company, where I feel like it's draining the life out of me. I can't quit because if I did, my boss would likely have to shut down the business, which weighs heavily on my conscience. I'm really not sure where to start looking for a new job, especially since I want to move away from this industry entirely. The problem is, I don't have any transferrable skills that would help me transition to a new field. I'm seeking advice on industries that offer financial stability without requiring extensive retraining or face-to-face interaction with the public. It's a tough situation, and I just want to find a path that won't leave me feeling exhausted.
