I just received some concerning news from Visa Inc. Our CEO, Ryan McInerney, sent out an email informing us that the company will be laying off 7% of the global workforce. This news has left many of us anxious, as we are hearing that notifications will be sent out within the next two days. There are a lot of questions circulating among my colleagues about whether these layoffs will affect all levels of the organization, including junior and intern positions, or if it will primarily target senior roles. I'm hoping to get more clarity soon.
