I recently shared my resume online to get feedback, as I've been applying for part-time jobs while still in school. At 16 years old, I'm looking for minimum wage positions, but I feel like my resume might need some improvements. One of the top comments suggested that I should include any volunteer experience I have, which I hadn't thought of before. I'm considering adding that to strengthen my application.
