I’ve been stuck in an interview loop for almost three months now. I applied to a company where I went through five rounds of interviews, and I’m still waiting for a decision. Two other companies also put me through four interviews each, and I haven’t heard back from them either. After the fifth round, I received an email with positive feedback but no rejection, just more waiting. It’s starting to feel like this process is never going to end. I’m trying to stay positive, but it’s tough when it feels like I’m being kept in limbo. I’ve heard from others that large organizations often have long hiring processes, so I’m hoping that means I’m still in the running. I just wish I had some clarity on where I stand.
