I received a layoff update email from Centene on July 1, 2026. The email mentioned that I could "take back my application if I really want to stay," as they will be accepting a majority of applications. This has left me feeling quite frustrated. I've seen some comments from others wondering why the date changed and if many people applied for the Voluntary Separation Program (VSP). Interestingly, one person mentioned they didn't receive the email, suggesting it might have only gone to those who applied for the VSP. It's a confusing time for all of us.
