I've been on the job hunt for a year now, applying to various positions but haven't had any luck landing a job. I'm feeling pretty stuck and could really use some advice. I've been submitting around 5-10 applications a week, but it seems like I'm not getting enough traction. I've managed to score a couple of interviews, so I know my resume isn't the issue, but I suspect my lack of a strong career history might be holding me back. I'm considering ramping up my efforts to apply to 25 or more jobs each week and reaching out directly to recruiters or hiring managers on LinkedIn. Any tips on how to improve my chances would be greatly appreciated!
