I am currently in week 11 of my unemployment claim in Arizona and have only received my first check. Since then, I haven't seen any additional payments. I've tried to contact someone for help, but it's nearly impossible to reach a human representative. The one time I did manage to get through, the person I spoke with just repeated the information from the website, telling me my case is marked as Active/Unresolved due to an unspecified issue related to severance pay I received back in November. I filled out a complaint form for the Ombudsman but haven't heard back from them either. I really need this assistance, even though I know the unemployment benefits here are minimal. If anyone has advice on how to get in touch with a live person, I would greatly appreciate it.
