I’ve been filing for unemployment in Virginia since April without too many problems, but this week I ran into a major issue. When I logged in to file my claim, it prompted me to create a new unemployment claim instead of allowing me to continue with my existing one. This is frustrating because I still have three weeks of claims that I haven’t filed yet, plus two more weeks of payments that I’m expecting. I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this same issue.
