I’m feeling incredibly frustrated right now. After spending 5 years at a Fortune 100 company in supply chain and senior financial roles, I thought I was ready to take the next step in my career. However, it seems impossible to move forward. I've been applying to positions at companies that are a fraction of the size of my current employer, yet I'm receiving rejections even though I meet or exceed all the qualifications listed in their job descriptions. In the past three months, I've submitted over 100 applications and haven't received a single response. It’s disheartening, and I’m starting to feel like giving up. This is definitely a venting moment for me.
