I recently found myself in a tough spot during my job search. After being laid off from a high-profile tech company, I noticed that some employers were hesitant to consider my application due to the gap in my employment. On the other hand, when I applied to smaller, less-known companies, they seemed concerned about my experience at such a prestigious firm. It feels like I'm stuck in the middle, and the frustration of trying to explain my situation is overwhelming. I'm really hoping to find a way to bridge this gap and get back into the workforce.
