Preparing for a remote part-time customer service interview and salary discussion

I'm currently in the process of interviewing for a remote, part-time customer service role with a company that I'm really excited about. The position is for 20 hours a week, which is perfect for me as I transition back to work after maternity leave. The job involves consultations and engaging with customers through their app, and they will provide training, which is great. However, I've noticed that the job listing does not include any pay range, which has left me a bit uncertain about how to approach the topic of salary expectations. I have over 10 years of experience in esthetics, including management, and I've been in customer service and hospitality since I was 16 years old, so I feel I bring valuable skills to the table, even though I don't have a degree. I'm curious why companies sometimes leave out pay ranges in their listings. If I get asked about my salary expectations during the interview, I want to know how to tactfully ask about their budgeted range first. I'm also looking for any tips on how to navigate my first corporate remote interview effectively.
