Excited for Final Interview for Part-Time Remote Sleep Customer Support Role

I just completed a 45-minute first interview for a part-time remote sleep customer support role, which went really well. I'm now preparing for a final-round Zoom panel interview scheduled for Friday. This interview will be with two people focusing on "Troubleshooting and Problem Solving." As a stay-at-home mom, I'm really excited about this opportunity since it offers the flexibility I need while also providing some extra income for my family. My background is in hospitality, management, and customer service, but this would be my first remote position. I felt comfortable during the first interview, but the idea of facing two interviewers at once is a bit intimidating. I'm curious about what to expect—will they ask customer scenarios, behavioral questions, or maybe even role-play? I would appreciate any tips for preparing and calming my nerves before the interview. Also, I’ve heard mixed opinions about what it means to reach the final round—how promising is it really? Would love to hear from anyone who has been in a similar situation!
