I've been on the job hunt for about six months now, specifically targeting entry-level positions in trade and industrial jobs, like production associate roles. Unfortunately, I've only managed to secure two interviews in the last four months, and despite my follow-ups after each, I haven't heard back from either of them. I'm starting to wonder if my lack of prior experience is holding me back. As a 25-year-old woman, I also can't help but think that my gender might be a factor in this male-dominated field.
