The hiring manager mentioned that I was a good fit for their team, but the only issue was that I needed to be 16 years old to be hired. During our last conversation, which was about two months ago, he suggested that I call him back once I turned 16. My birthday is coming up in a month, and I'm eager to secure this job. I want to make a good impression and show that I'm responsible and ready to work.
