I've been experimenting with creating separate resume profiles for each job application instead of just making endless copies of the same resume. There's a trend going around about tailoring resumes specifically for every position, which initially seemed excessive to me. I started following a guide that someone shared, and I'm hoping it pays off. If anyone has experience with this approach or any tips to share, I'd really appreciate it.
