I received an invitation to complete a "Video Interview" for a position I applied to on Indeed. The email stated that I can complete it anytime within the next week and that it will take about 31 minutes. I'm a bit apprehensive about this hands-off approach and wonder if it might indicate a negative company culture. Am I being overly cautious at 26 years old? I also checked the company's career page to see if the position is listed there, but I'm still unsure if I should feel concerned about the way they reached out to me via email directly. Has anyone else experienced this type of interview process?
